Is shipping included?
We are delighted to be able to offer free shipping for orders over $120. For orders under $120 we offer flat rate standard shipping for $11.90 Australia-wide.
Should you need to get your gift box delivered sooner, then we offer express shipping for $15.90.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders will be processed and dispatched each business day (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on a Public Holiday or over a weekend will be processed and dispatched the following business day.
For standard delivery, allow 1 – 5 business days within metro areas.
For Express delivery, allow 1-2 business days
Although we do our very best to have your gifts delivered as soon as possible, once the parcels are with the courier service and out of our hands, we do not have full control over the delivery. If you do experience any problems with delivery time frames, please contact our office so we are able to assist in finding a solution.

What if no one is home to receive the delivery?
‘Authority to leave’ can be selected on checkout. If no one is home to receive the delivery, the courier service will determine if there is safe to leave the parcel. If there is not a safe place to leave the parcel, there will be a second delivery attempt, before the parcel is delivered to the closest collection point and a card will be left with the collection details.
If ‘authority to leave’ is not selected and no one is home for the delivery, a card will be left with the collection details from the closest collection point.
How is my order packed for shipping?
Your products are wrapped securely within the gift box with paper shred. The gift box is then packed into a separate shipping box for extra protection during the journey. we will also attach a “Fragile, Please Handle With Care” label.
Can my order be delivered on a specific day?

We deliver Australia-wide.
Will I receive notification when my gift has been delivered?
Once your parcel has been collected by the couriers, Shippit will send shipping notifications and the tracking number to the billing contact details entered on checkout.
I haven’t received my parcel or a collection card, what now?
