With all of the changes that Australia Post and Couriers Please have faced this year, it’s safe to say that this Christmas will be unlike any other they’ve had before.
Although they are working extremely hard to deliver your parcels on time, Christmas will take a little longer this year as they manage the impacts of Covid-19.
By sending your gifts as early as you can, and by the advised dates below, means your parcels will have the best chance of arriving in time for Christmas.

We’re taking Christmas pre-orders NOW so that you miss the rush, but not the shipping cut off dates!
Simply use the code XMASGIFT at the checkout and we will add a complimentary sticker to your box asking your loved one to wait until Christmas morning before they open!
We’ll then arrange for your gift to be delivered a little closer to Christmas – you know, so your loved one doesn’t get much time for peaking!!
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders will be processed and dispatched each business day (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on a Public Holiday or over a weekend will be processed and dispatched the following business day.
For standard delivery, allow 1 – 5 business days within metro areas.
For Express delivery, allow 1-2 business days
Although we do our very best to have your gifts delivered as soon as possible, once the parcels are with the courier service and out of our hands, we do not have full control over the delivery. If you do experience any problems with delivery time frames, please contact our office so we are able to assist in finding a solution.

What if no one is home to receive the delivery?
‘Authority to leave’ can be selected on checkout. If no one is home to receive the delivery, the courier service will determine if there is safe to leave the parcel. If there is not a safe place to leave the parcel, there will be a second delivery attempt, before the parcel is delivered to the closest collection point and a card will be left with the collection details.
If ‘authority to leave’ is not selected and no one is home for the delivery, a card will be left with the collection details from the closest collection point.
How is my order packed for shipping?
Your products are wrapped securely within the gift box with paper shred. The gift box is then packed into a separate shipping box for extra protection during the journey. we will also attach a “Fragile, Please Handle With Care” label.
Can my order be delivered on a specific day?

We deliver Australia-wide.
Will I receive notification when my gift has been delivered?
Once your parcel has been collected by the couriers, Shippit will send shipping notifications and the tracking number to the billing contact details entered on checkout.
I haven’t received my parcel or a collection card, what now?
If you haven’t received your parcel or a card, please contact our office at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into this further for you.
